Alissa Atkins

Alissa C. Atkins is an associate at David & Rosetti. For more than ten years, she has practiced exclusively in the area of workers' compensation defense, representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators throughout Georgia. She frequently speaks at seminars reviewing major caselaw updates and legislative changes, and advises clients on a wide array of issues affecting workers' compensation claims.

Alissa graduated magna cum laude from Suffolk University with a degree in History, which she earned while working as a litigation paralegal. She received her J.D. from Georgia State University School of Law in 2000. During law school, she advanced into final rounds in New York as a member of the Wagner Labor Law National Competition Team, and served as Vice President of the Moot Court Board.

She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Workers' Compensation Section.
