Benjamin A. Leonard
Ben is a partner at David & Rosetti. and practices primarily in the area of workers' compensation defense and subrogation. He also has experience in NCAA Compliance, Amateur and Professional Athlete Representation, Bankruptcy, Debtor/Creditor transactions and Residential Real Estate.
Ben represents client throughout Georgia and travels throughout the country educating clients based outside the State.
Ben received his J.D. from Mercer University in 2000. He was elected to membership to the Board of Governors at the Walter F. George School of Law in 1999-2000. He also served as the Associate Head Coach of Mercer University Men's and Women's Cross-Country teams from 1998 to 2001.
Ben received a B.A. in Political Science in
1995, and a B.A. in History in 1996, from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. He was selected for membership in Phi Alpha Theta, a History honors fraternity. He was a member of Theta Chi Fraternity, was elected to the Student Judiciary, and was a four-year letterman on the Varsity Cross-Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track teams.
