Ben Jordan is an associate at David & Rosetti, LLP. He represents Employers, Insurers, and TPAs in workers’ compensation claims throughout Georgia. Ben also has experience in the areas of commercial litigation, civil rights litigation, personal injury litigation, domestic relations, and criminal prosecution and defense.  

Ben received his J.D. from Georgia State University in 2006. While in law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Board.  He graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University in 2003 with a B.A. in History.

Ben is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, General Practice and Trials and Tort and Insurance Sections. He is also a member of the American Bar Association.  Further, he is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and all Georgia trial courts.
