David W. Willis

David is a partner at David & Rosetti. His practice is focused on representing employers, insurance carriers and third party administrators in the area of workers' compensation. David also has experience in the areas of commercial litigation, creditor's rights, personal injury litigation, domestic relations and real estate.

David received his J.D. from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 1999. He received a B.A. in English from Wake Forest University in 1996. David is also a 1992 recipient of the International Baccalaureate Diploma. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Workers' Compensation Section, and the Florida Bar.
