Kenneth A. David
Ken is a founding partner and current managing partner at David & Rosetti. Since 1993 he has concentrated his practice in workers’ compensation on behalf of employers and insurance companies, employment law and OSHA. Ken is a frequent speaker on a variety of topics including discovery and trial tactics for workers’ compensation claims; the overlap of workers’ compensation with ADA, FMLA and discrimination lawsuits, drugs and alcohol in the workplace, and the assessment of catastrophic injuries. He has chaired continuing educational seminars and publishes a workers’ compensation manual, Employer’s Guide to Workers’ Compensation Claims in Georgia.
Ken is former Chairman of the Employer’s Duties and Problems Committee of the State Bar of Georgia. He has also partnered with several chambers of commerce and industry groups throughout Georgia in efforts to reduce workers’ compensation costs for their members. Ken has participated in panel discussions throughout the Southeast which compares the workers’ comp laws of these states.
Ken received his B.A. degree with Honors from Brown University in 1990. He earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1993.
