Melissa B. Whitman

Melissa B. Whitman is an associate at David & Rosetti, LLP. She practices in the area of workers’ compensation defense.

Melissa received her J.D. from St. John’s University in 2007. While in law school, she was an editor of the New York International Law Review and Chair of the Steering Committee of the Student Bar Association. She received a B.S. from the University of Georgia in Political Science.

Melissa also has experience in other areas of insurance defense including mass tort, product liability, and professional malpractice defense. She previously practiced general liability and insurance defense in New York and is a member of the State Bars of Georgia and New York.
